AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 29, TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE REAL ESTATE GUARANTY FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2921, Chapter 29, Title 24 of the Delaware Code by striking the comma (,) following the word "Fund" as the same appears in the last sentence of Subsection (c), and substituting a semi-colon (;) in lieu thereof; and by striking the period (.) at the end of said subsection, and substituting In lieu thereof the following:
"; and to reimburse Commissioners for expenses paid to attend meetings of the National Association of Real Estate License Law Officials."
