AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 7, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO HUNTING OF DEER WITH A MUZZLE LOADER.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §704(f), Chapter 7, Title 7, Delaware Code by striking the phrase "minimum barrel length of 28 inches (71.2 cm)," as the same appears in the first sentence of said section.
