CHAPTER 290.

OF SALARIES.

AN ACT INCREASING TILE SALARIES OF TI1E BAILIFFS OF THE COURTS IN AND FOR NEW CASTLE COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That the salaries of the Bailiffs of the several Courts in and for New Castle County be the sum of two dollars and fifty cents per day in lieu of the sum of two dollars per day as now provided by law.
