CHAPTER 30,
An Act to amend Chapter 111 of the Revised Statutes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met: SECTION 1. That Chapter 111 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended, by striking out the words, "against a citizen of the State," in Section 51, and inserting in lieu thereof these words, "against any free white person;" and also by striking out the words, "against a free white citizen of this State," in Section 52, and inserting these words, "against any free white person."
SECTION 2. All parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed.
