JUSTICES’ JURISDICTION IN CIVIL CASES OF DEBT.
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 99, OF THE REVISED CODE, IN RELATION TO FORTHWITH WRIT OF SUMMONS ISSUED BY JUSTICES OF THE PEACE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
SECTION 1. That Section 2, of Chapter 99, Revised Code; be and the same is hereby amended by striking out after the word "plaintiff" and before the words "that there is," in line seven of said section, the words "or otherwise."
