AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 7, TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WEARING HUNTER ORANGE IN THE HUNTING OF DEER.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (two-thirds of the members elected to each branch thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Paragraph (b) of Section 725,
Subchapter 1, Chapter 7, Title 7 of the Delaware Code, by striking the word "Any" as the same appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"During a time when it is lawful to take deer with a firearm, any"
