AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29, CHAPTER 69 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WAGE PROVISIONS IN PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Amend Subsection (c), Section 6960, Chapter 69, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding a new sentence to read as follows:
"The Department of Labor shall keep and maintain the sworn payroll information for a period of six (6) months from the last day of the work week covered by the payroll."
