AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 59. Huts. 29. OF T1 IF DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COMPENSATION FOR MUSED SICK LEAVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend §5905(c)(3). Title 29, Delaware Code by inserting alter the word "Law" and belbre the comma the following:
"or upon resigning from State service and being otherwise eligible for retirement under the State Employees Pension Plan but for having already retired under the State Police Pension Plan-.
Section 2. The provisions of Section I. shall be retroactive to January 30, 1995.
