AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 23, TITLE 10, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO ANNUAL COMPENSATION PAID TO THE CHIEF DEPUTY PROTHONOTARY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §2302 (a), Chapter 23, Title 10, Delaware Code, by striking the figure "$10,000.00" in its entirety as the same appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$11,000.00".
