AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FILED BY INSURERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 526(a), Title 18, Delaware Code by deleting the period at the end of the second sentence and adding the following: ", except as otherwise prescribed or permitted by this title or by the Commissioner."
