AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COLLECTION OF DEBTS OWED TO CERTAIN STATE AGENCIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE
Section I. Amend § 545(b)(1)a., Title 30 of the Delaware Code, by inserting between the words "including" and "Delaware State University" as they appear therein the words "the University of Delaware,".
