NEW CASTLE COUNTY LEVY COURT DEBT LIMITATIONS
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 43 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE DEBT LIMITATIONS APPLICABLE TO TILE LEVY COURT OF NEW CASTLE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That 1176. Section 30., Chapter 43 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by striking out the last paragraph thereof as the same was added by Chapter 296, Volume 46, Laws of Delaware, and inserting in lieu thereof a new paragraph to read as follows:
The debt limit set forth in Paragraph 1 hereof shall not be interpreted to include any bonds, notes or other evidences of indebtedness issued for the purpose of securing funds for use at the New Castle County Airport, or the New Castle County Workhouse, or for use in financing sanitary districts, or sewerage system or sewer construction or acquisition of any sort, or suburban improvements or county roads or bridges.
