AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PLANNING COORDINATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §9102(c), Title 29, Delaware Code by deleting the number "16" and inserting in lieu thereof the number "17".
Section 2. Amend §9102(c), Title 29, Delaware Code by redesignating paragraphs (4), (5), (6), and (7), as paragraphs (5), (6), (7), and (8), and further by adding a new §9102(c)(4) to read as follows:
"(4) The Mayor or his designee, representing the City of Wilmington."
