AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ABANDONED VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4402(a) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by inserting after the second sentence and before the last sentence the phrase, “New Castle County Code Enforcement Constables shall have concurrent authority to enforce the notice provisions of subsections (d) and (e).”
Section 2. Amend §4403 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by inserting in the second sentence after the phrase “other police agencies” and before the phrase “or the Department” the phrase “, New Castle County Code Enforcement Constables”.
Section 3. Amend §4408 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by inserting in the first sentence after the phrase “State Police or other legally authorized police agency” and before the phrase “acting under” the phrase, “or New Castle County Code Enforcement Constable”.
