AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 51, TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE INSPECTION OF THE BUSINESS RECORDS OF THE SPECIAL FUEL DEALERS, USERS, SUPPLIERS AND OTHER SELLERS AND TRANSPORTERS OF DISTILLATE FUELS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §5138, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by striking from subsection (b) the phrase "and special fuel suppliers" and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase "special fuel suppliers and other sellers of distillate fuels".
Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon its enactment into law.
