AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 33, PART III, TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION, AND EXCLUDING REAL ESTATE AND INSURANCE AGENTS AND SOLICITORS FROM ITS PROVISIONS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend subsection (11), Section 8302, Chapter 33, Title 19 of the Delaware Code, by striking paragraph (J) of said subsection and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(J) Service performed by an individual for an employer as an insurance agent or real estate agent, or as an insurance solicitor or real estate solicitor, if all such service performed by such individual for such employer is performed for remuneration solely by way of commissions."
