AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO ASSESSING A FEE FOR CHANGING TYPE OR GENERAL CLASS DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Section 2702, Chapter 27, Title 21, Delaware Code, by adding the following new subsection:
"(c). When the licensee desires to change type or general class of license at at time other than the normal renewal period for the licensee, a fee of $3.00 shall be charged for such change."
