AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS AND PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section §1305(a)(1), Title 24 of the Delaware Code by adding the words “or a designated representative” after the words “The Superintendent of the Division of State Police”.
