CHAPTER 35

Of Assessors.

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 57, VOLUME 24, LAWS OF DELAWARE, ENTITLED "AN ACT CREATING A BOARD OF REVISION OF ASSESSMENTS FOR EACH HUNDRED OR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT IN THE STATE OF DELAWARE."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Chapter 57, Volume 24, Laws of Delaware, entitled "An Act creating a Board of Revision of Assessments for each Hundred or Assessment District in the State of Delaware" be and the same is hereby amended by adding after Section 6 thereof the following:

"Section 7. That nothing in this Act shall in any way apply to or affect the City of Wilmington."

Section 2. That Section 7 of said Act be re-numbered to be Section 8.
