AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 10, SECTION 9904 OF THE DELAWARE CODE BY REDUCING AN APPLICATION FOR APPEAL FROM 60 DAYS TO 30 DAYS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section 9904, Title 10, Delaware Code, is hereby amended by changing the figures "60" to "30" in said section.
