AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 49, PART III, TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COURTS AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURES; AND PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS FROM EXECUTION OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4903, Chapter 49, Part Ill, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the first two sentences of said section, and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Every person residing in this State, and being the head of a family, shall have exempt from execution or attachment process, in addition to the exemptions in 54902 of this Title, other personal property not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), the articles to be selected by the debtor."
Section 2. Amend §4903, Chapter 49, Part III, Title 10 of the Delaware Code by striking the last paragraph of said section.
