CHAPTER 351
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18, SECTION 1907, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE ELIGIBILITY OF SURPLUS LINES INSURERS.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Title 18 §1907, Delaware Code, by adding a new subsection (c) to read as follows:
(c) An insurance company deemed eligible to write surplus lines insurance pursuant to subsection (b) above may maintain offices in Delaware subject to the provisions of this chapter and to such regulations as the Commissioner may prescribe from time to time.
