AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TAXABLE INCOME EXCLUSIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1106(b)(3)b., Title 30, Delaware Code by striking the phrase "For taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 1997," as it appears in said subparagraph.
Section 2. Amend §1106(b)(3)b.(ii), Title 30, Delaware Code by striking the symbol and figure "$3,000" as they appear therein and substituting in lieu thereof the symbol and figure "$5,000".
Section 3. This Act shall be effective for tax years commencing after December 31, 1998.
