AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 25, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OR ALTERATION OF BOUNDARY LANDMARKS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 1101, Title 25, Delaware Code by striking the
figure "$50" as it appears in that section and substituting in lieu thereof the figure "$200.00" .
