AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE RIGHT OF THE POLICE TO ARREST WITHOUT A WARRANT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Subsection (a), Section 1904, Title 11 of the Delaware Code by adding a new Subparagraph (4) to read as follows:
"(4) Out of his presence and within the State for any misdemeanor Involving physical injury or the threat thereof or any misdemeanor Involving illegal sexual contact or attempted sexual contact."
