AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER IV OF CHAPTER 21, TITLE 21, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO FEE SCHEDULE FOR REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend Title 21, Section 2151, Delaware Code, by striking subsections (4), (5) and (6) as they appear therein and redesignating subsection (7) to read subsection (4).
