CHAPTER 373.
AN ACT to amend Chapter 13 or the Revised Code.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met
SECTION 1. That Chapter Thirteen of the Revised Code be amended by inserting in thefirst line of section ten of said chapter, between the words " Bank " and "to," the words "at the county seat of said treasurer," and by inserting in the second line of said section, between the words " him " and " and," the words "within seven days of the receipt thereof."
