CHAPTER 377.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 29 of the Revised Code, entitled "Of the State Treasurer and Trustee of the School Fund."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Chapter 29 of the Revised Code be amended by inserting, after the word "State;" where it first occurs in the third line the words "at the county seat of the county in which the said money shall have been collected."

SECTION 2. That section two of the said chapter be further amended by inserting between the words "in" and "payment," in the fifth line, the word "direct."
