CHAPTER 39

OF REFORM SCHOOLS.

AN ACT to amend an act entitled "An act to incorporate the Delaware Industrial School for Girls."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met (two-thirds of each branch thereof herein concurring):

SECTION 1. Amend an act entitled "An act to incorporate Levy Court the Delaware Industrial School for Girls" by adding after the word "thereafter" in the last line of Section 7 of said act the following words: ''The Levy Court of New Castle county shall have authority to make an appropriation or appropriations annually to the said corporation for the purposes of its incorporation; provided, however, that the appropriation shall not exceed the sum of one thousand dollars in any one year."
