AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 27, TITLE 21, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO SCHOOL BUS DRIVER LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Dela ware:
Section 1. Amend §2708, Chapter 27, Title 21, of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new subsection, to read as follows:
"(c) A school bus driver's license or endorsement is not required when the school bus is being operated for other than school activities."
