AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 83, TITLE 11, OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO WITHDRAWAL OF PENSION CONTRIBUTIONS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Chapter 83 of Title 11 of the Delaware Code by adding thereto a new section to read as follows:
"§8329. Withdrawal of Pension Contributions
Upon the withdrawal from service of a member who is not eligible for a service or disability pension, his accumulated contributions with interest shall be paid to him. The provisions of this section shall be applied retrospectively to members who withdrew from service on or after July 1, 1976."
