CHAPTER 4

APPROPRIATIONS AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE LEVY COURT OF KENT COUNTY TO APPROPRIATE MONEY TO REGULARLY ORGANIZED AND MOTORIZED FIRE COMPANIES IN KENT COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. The Levy Court of Kent County is hereby authorized to appropriate to regularly organized and motorized Fire Companies in Kent County, from year to year, such sums of money for the maintenance and upkeep of the fire equipment of said Fire Companies in Kent County, as the said Levy Court may deem proper.
