AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 11, TITLE 30 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE PERSONAL INCOME TAX.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (three-fifths of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §1102(d)(1), Chapter 11, Title 30 of the Delaware Code by striking the symbol and figure "$20,000" as it appears in said paragraph and substitute in lieu thereof the following: "$40,000, or such lesser amount as the Director may determine but in any event not less than $20,000."
Section 2. This Act shall be effective for tax years commencing after December 31, 1990.
