AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 RELATING TO THE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIAL AND NONPROFESSIONAL SERVICES BY ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVING
GRANT-IN-AID.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 6910, Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by designating the existing text as subsection (a), and by adding a new subsection thereto as follows:
"(b) Any organization, entity or person designated as the recipient of grant-in-aid shall be entitled to purchase material and/or nonprofessional services under any central contract negotiated by the Division during the fiscal year for which aid is appropriated, provided that:
1. The organization, entity or person received an appropriation of at least $100,000; and
0. The organization, entity or person has a staff of at least five people."
