AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WORKERS' COMPENSATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2301D(c), Title 19 of the Delaware Code, by inserting between the phrase "representation of employers before the Board;" and the phrase "and 2 members of the Board." the following: "one representative designated by the Medical Society of Delaware;".
