AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, TITLE 30, DELAWARE CODE, CORPORATION INCOME TAX. RELATING TO THE CORPORATION INCOME TAX.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1912 (a), Chapter 19, Title 30, Delaware Code
by striking the figure "$500" as the same appears in said subsection (a) and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "$3,000".
Section 2. Amend 31912 (b), Chapter 19, Title 30, Delaware Code
by striking the figure "$500" as the same appears in said subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof the figure "$3,000".
Section 3. Amend 51912, Chapter 19, Title 30, Delaware Code, by striking the sum "$500" as it appears in subsection (c) and substituting the sum "$3,000".
Section 4. Amend 51912, Chapter 19, Title 30, Delaware Code, by striking the number "5" and the number "25" as they appear in subsection (d) and substituting the number "10" and the number "50".
