AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 60A, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, TO CLARIFY CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO DEFERRED COMPENSATION FOR PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE STATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 6055, Chapter 60A. Title 29, of the Delaware Code by striking the period (".") as it appears after the word "Plan" in said section and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
", any Pension Plan for members of the State Judiciary, and any Pension Plan for members of the State Police."
