AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PLANNING & ZONING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §6803(c)(1), Title 9 of the Delaware Code by deleting the word "representative" as it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the word "council".
