AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 5, TITLE 10, OF THE DELAWARE CODE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF SUPERIOR COURT JUDGES.
Section 1. Amend section 509, Title 10, Delaware Code, by striking the words "There shall be 4 Associate Judges" as the same appear in line 1 of said section, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words, "There shall be 6 Associate Judges".
