AN ACT TO AMEND §9801 (1) (A), CHAPTER 98, TITLE 10 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW RATE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. Amend §9801 (1) (a), Chapter 98, Title 10

of the Delaware Code by adding a new rate, the said amended §9801 (1) (a) to read as follows:

"§9801. Rates.

All costs in proceedings before justices of the peace shall be at the following rates:

(1) Civil.

(a) For receipt, insurance and process

of a civil action $15.00

In addition to the above:

For issuance of an alias, pluries

or any subsequent writ of process 5.00
