AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 25 OF TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE SUPPLYING LEGAL ADVICE AND COUNSEL TO DELAWARE STATE COLLEGE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware.
Section 1. Amend §2515 of Chapter 25, Title 29,
Delaware Code, by inserting immediately after the word "Delaware" and before the word "or" the following: ", Delaware State College".
