CHAPTER 477.

An Act to amend Chapter 105 of the Revised Code.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met, That Section5 of Chapter 105 of the Revised Code be amended, by adding at the end thereof, these words:

"He may also be admitted a party plaintiff by m in on the record the death of his testator or intestate, in the same manner as in cases of suits pending."

SECTION 2. The said Chapter shall hereafter be read and construed as hereby amended.
