FORMERLY SENATE BILL NO. 745 AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 8301, TITLE 11, DELAWARE CODE, TO INCREASE THE AUTHORIZED MAXIMUM NUMBER OF STATE POLICE.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:

Section 1. Section 8301, Title 11, Delaware Code, is hereby amended by striking the last sentence and inserting in lieu thereof the following sentence:

There shall not be more than 450 police officers on active duty.
