CHAPTER DV.

AN ACT to amend Section 53 of Chapter 111 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Delaware.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met, That section 53 of chapter 111 of the Revised Statutes of this State be, and the same is hereby amended, by inserting after the word "section," at the end of the fourth line, and before the word "and," at the beginning of the fifth line, the words "or under section 15 of chapter 99."
