CHAPTER 51

OF THE GOVERNOR.

AN ACT in relation to the Salary of the Governor.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives the State of. Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That the annual salary of the Governor shall hereafter be two thousand dollars, to be paid in quarterly payments of five hundred dollars each, and to commence with the day of his inauguration.

SECTION 2. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this act be and the same are hereby repealed.
