AN ACT TO AMEND T1TLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS FROM THE STATE CLASSIFIED SERVICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Amend Section 8516. Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting said section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the Following:
"§8516. Exemptions.
The following positions set forth in this chapter shall he exempt from Chapter 59 of this Title:
(1) Secretary of Labor:
(2) Director of Employment and Training:
(3) Director of Industrial Affairs:
(4) Director of Unemployment Insurance:
(5) Director of Vocational Rehabilitation:
(6) Chief of the Office of Occupational and Labor Market Information;
