SALARIES OF STATE OFFICERS
AN ACT to amend Chapter 12 of the Revised Code of Delaware in relation to the Salary of the Governor.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That 389 Section 1 of Chapter 12, of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware be, and the same is hereby amended, by striking out 389 Section 1 of said Chapter 12, of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware, and inserting in lieu there- of the following new Section to be known and styled as 389 Section 1.
389 Section 1. GOVERNOR: The annual salary of the Governor shall be Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00).
Section 2. This Act shall not take effect until the third Tuesday of January, A. D., 1929.
