AN ACT TO AMEND §9801, CHAPTER 98, TITLE 10, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO RATES IN PROCEEDINGS BEFORE JUSTICES OF THE PEACE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §9801, Chapter 98, Title 10, Delaware Code, by striking therefrom "(2) For docketing all criminal cases", and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(2) For processing all traffic and criminal cases."
