CHAPTER 555.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 99 of the Revised Code.

SECTION 1. Be a enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Chapter 99 of the Revised Statutes be and the same is hereby, amended, as follows : by inserting in Section 17, in the eleventh line, between the word "county," and the word "and" these words, "one such advertisement shall be delivered to the sheriff of the county".
