AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 7007, TITLE 9, OF THE DELAWARE CODE ANNOTATED AS IT RELATES TO SUSSEX COUNTY ADVISORY RETIREMENT BOARD.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Title 9, Section 7007. by deleting the lut sentence of the first paragraph u it now appears and substituting therefore a new sentence to read as follows:
"The members of the Board shall receive such compensation u fixed by the County Council of Sussex County."
